– Maximum working temperature of wire from -25ºС to + 40ºС;

– Maximum relative humidity at +35°С temperature is 98%;

– Maximum operational temperature of the lead core is not more than +70°C;

– Electric resistance of the lead core at 20°С, converted to1 km length corresponds with GOST 22483-77 (State standard);

– Electric resistance of wire insulation at 70°С, converted to1 km length after immersion in water for at least 2 hours – not less than 0,009 milliOhm;

– AC Testing voltage 2 000 V works at frequency 50 Hz within 15 min with water storage at 20ºС;

– Defined period of no-failure operating work - not less than 5000 hours;

– Warranty working period of wires - two years since putting into operation;

– Factory length to be agreed with customer.

Cable structure

– Lead core wire is made from copper type MM corresponds to the 5th class of flexibility as per GOST 22483-77 (State Standard);

– Insulation of the wire lead core is made from PVC incombustible elastron;

– Insulated lead cores stranded into central core;

– Stranded central core covered with jacket made from PVC incombustible elastron, so the jacket fills all gaps between lead cores making the whole wire round shaped. Jacket easily detaches without making harm for insulation.
