– Mounting multi-wire cable with plastic insulation corresponds with GOST 10348-80 (State Standard);

– Maximum working temperature of mounting cable is from - 50 ⁰C to +70 ⁰C;

– Maximum relative humidity at +35°С temperature is 98%;

– Electric resistance of lead cores of the wire to DC, converted to 1 km length at the temperature

+20 °С; in shipment and delivery period has to correspond with GOST 22483-77 (State Standard); in operation time and storage – the value to be 20% more than stated in GOST 22483-77 (State Standard);

– Electric resistance of mounting wire insulation converted to 1 km length at the temperature

+20 °С is not less than 10 MOhm; in operation time and storage – 0,1 MOhm, at 70°С temperature – not less than 0,1 MOhm;

– AC Testing voltage 2,5 kv works at frequency 50 Hz within 5 min: in delivery period – 2000 V; in operation time and storage – 1000 V;

– Cable warranty life period is 6 years since putting into operation;

– Factory length of the wire is not less than 60m;

Mounting Cable Structure

– Lead core of the mounting wire made from tinned solder of copper type MM and corresponds with 4th class of flexibility as per GOST 22483-77 (State Standard) for 0,35 & 0,5 mm2 sections and with 3rd class of flexibility for 0,75 mm2 section. Lead core of MKShM cable is not tinned.

– Insulation of the lead cores of the wire made from PVC incombustible elastron;

– Isolated lead cores of mounting cable twisted into central core;

– Twisted central core of the wire has belt insulation made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) tape (it is allowed to avoid belt insulation for unshielded MKSh and MKShM cables)

– There’s a shield in MKESh cables as a copper armor with at least 65% density;

– PVC elastron incombustible jacket laid above twisted shielded or unshielded central core of the cable;

Mounting cable Applications

Plastic-insulated multi-wire mounting cable is proposed for fixed internal connection of electric devices which works with rated AC voltage up to 500V at frequency 400 Hz or with rated DC up to 750 V.
