KVK –V(P or Pt) are made to transfer TV signals in video surveillance systems for both power supply and transfer of control signals at the same time. Construction of cables for video surveillance: - Radio frequency element of cable with 75% wave resistance, consisted of single- wired internal copper conductor with normal heat resistance solid PET insulation, and outside conductor, which is a copper wire braiding with 60±5% (according to customers’ requirements density of braiding may be increased up to 90%) and PVC cover. - Paired cores for power with 0.5 mm² or 0.75 mm ² section (cores for power correspond to wires PVZ - State Standard GOST 6323-79, third flexibility class of State Standard GOST 22483-77); - Cable for video surveillance systems of KVK-V -......... grade, in common PVC not distributing burning elastron cover (for internal laying); - Cable for video surveillance systems of KVK-P-.....grade, in common cover made of light-stabilized PET (for external laying); - Cable for video surveillance systems of KVK-Pt-.....grade, in common cover made of light-stabilized PET with parallel laid steel galvanized wire rope 1.0 mm diameter divided by jumper by State Standard GOST 3062-80 (for stringing between pylons and on buildings’ walls). Application of the cables: Environment for cables: - Cables with PVC elastron cover for video surveillance – from -40°C to +70°C; - Cables with light-stabilized PET cover for video surveillance – from -40°C to +80°C; - In condition of mounting bends – minus 10°C. - Cables for video surveillance are sustained to high air humidity - up to 98% under temperature of 35°C. - Cables KVK – P.... and KVK-Pt... are sustained to solar radiation. - Cables are sustained to bends (up to 10 bends to ±90° then radius of bends 10 times more than minimum outside diameter). Lifetime of cables with PVC cover for video surveillance - 12 years; with PET cover – 15 years. Electrical characteristics of cable for video surveillance: 1.Resistance of conducting cores to direct current at 20°C and 1 km length - no more Ohm/km: - For section 0,5 mm² - 39,6; - For section 0,75 mm² - 25,5; 2.Wave resistivity of radiofrequency element: 75±3 Ohm |
