Technical Specifications - AVT steel wires corresponds with ТU 16.К71-015-87 (Company Standard); - Maximum working temperature of AVT wire is from -50°C to +50°C; - Maximum relative humidity of AVT wire at +40°С temperature is 98%; - Electric resistance of lead cores of the AVT wire to DC, converted to 1 km length at the temperature +20°С; in shipment and delivery has to correspond with GOST 22483-77 (State Standard); in operation - time and storage – the value to be 20% more than stated in GOST 22483-77; - Test DC voltage of the wire as per category EI-1 GOST 23286-78 (State Standard) without immersing into water; - Test AC voltage of the wire at 50 Hz frequency within 15 min with immersing into water without preliminary soaking the wire in the water is 2500 V; - Maximum working temperature of lead core of the AVT wire is 70°C; - Breaking load of the strength rope, not less than 2300 N; - Operating period of the cables is not less than 7 years. Actual life time is not limited by this time, but to be defined by cable technical condition; - Factory length of AVT wire is not less than 110 m. Structure - Lead core made of Aluminum type AM and APM and corresponds with GOST 22483-77 (State Standard) with a core section 2,5 – 10 mm2 for class 1 and a core section 16 mm2 – not less than class 2; - Insulation of the lead cores made from black color PVC incombustible elastron; - Insulation of the supporting steel rope corresponds with GOST 3062-80 (State Standard); - Steel strength rope made from black color PVC incombustible elastron; - Insulated lead cores twisted around insulated steel rope. Applications Wires with a steel rope are proposed for distributing and transferring electric energy in power and lighting networks with voltage up to 380 V at 50 Hz frequency. AVT wires designed for external laying as well as entering into houses and premises according in the district of 1st and 2nd glare ice classification.
